About The Role

• Support feasibility analysis and project strategy for brownfield and mixed-use developments.
• Assist in the preparation and review of development and feasibility models to evaluate project viability eg discounted cash flows (DCF).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including planners, architects, and financial consultants.
• Contribute to project reporting, risk assessments, and investment memoranda.
• Engage with clients to understand drivers and conduct options analysis to assist with project pathways.
• Monitor project progress and assist in managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in property development, ideally in an Assistant Development Manager or Assistant Development Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects throughout project lifecycle.
• Strong financial acumen including the ability to input into investment proposal submissions to clients
• Experience procuring/engaging with planning and design consultants to achieve positive outcomes.
• Background with producing/maintaining project schedules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
