Assistant Development Manager
to gain hands-on experience across every stage of the development lifecycle - from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery, marketing, and settlement.
About the Role
Working closely with a highly regarded senior team, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of complex, design-driven projects that elevate Brisbane's built environment. You'll gain exposure to acquisitions, project planning, consultant management, and delivery - all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where quality, innovation, and relationships come first.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in managing all aspects of the development process, including feasibility, planning, design, and delivery.
- Prepare feasibility studies, project briefs, and consultant documentation.
- Support coordination of design and consultant teams through key project milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, builders, and consultants to achieve high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Contribute to sales, marketing, and purchaser coordination during delivery and settlement stages.
- Maintain accurate project reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication.
About You
- 2+ years' experience in property development, project management, construction, or a related field.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in property, commerce, engineering, or construction management.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across internal and external teams.
- Passionate about Brisbane's evolving property landscape and eager to grow within a dynamic development environment.
