Procurement Manager– Health Supplements

Full-time Position

Location: Sydney, Australia

Overview

EZZ Life Science Holdings Ltd is a fast-growing, publicly listed company specializing in health supplements and skincare. An exciting opportunity for an individual to grow with our company as we launch and develop healthcare and skincare products within Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

About this role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in the health supplements team.

Qualifications and Experience

· years in supply and demand planning, ideally in health supplements or FMCG

·       Experience managing domestic and international suppliers

·       Proficient in Microsoft 365 Excel analytical skills

·       Strong track record in procurement and planning

·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

·       Permanent residency or Australian citizenship required

Tasks & responsibilities

·       Develop and execute supply and demand plans aligned with forecast and promotional calendars, lead time management

·       Lead S&OP process, collaborating with sales, finance, and marketing teams

·       Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock integrity

·       Drive BOM management and shelf-life inventory control

·       Manage procurement activities

·       Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure that they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements for packaging and raw materials.

·       Communicate regularly with the Sales team, customers, and transport contractors to ensure shipment progress meets customer expectations and deliveries are made on time

Essential Skills

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

·       A strong track record in procurement and planning.

·       Be highly motivated with a positive ethos

·       Strong initiative and a willingness to take on projects in a fast-paced environment

·       Have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills

·       Able to communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, with strong written and oral English language skills

·       Good commercial awareness

·       Experience in the health supplements industry is preferred

·       Understand production processes and development limitations

·       Strong negotiation and contract management skills

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and embrace supply chain challenges

·       Proficient in Excel and the use of procurement and inventory management software
