We are seeking a hands-on Quarry Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team at their well-established quarry site in Tenterfield, NSW. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of fixed and mobile plant equipment, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of quarry operations.

You will coordinate a small team of skilled tradespeople and contractors, support preventative maintenance programs, and lead fault-finding and repair activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical or electrical background, solid leadership experience, and a proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Trade qualified in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a quarry environment
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of fixed plant and mobile equipment maintenance especially crushing and screens.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a regional environment
