We are seeking an experienced Quarry Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at one of our clients' key regional sites in Tenterfield – with full relocation support to either Tenterfield, NSW or across the border to Stanthorpe, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

This hands-on leadership role involves both field-based and administrative duties including:

  • Setting and promoting a strong safety-first culture
  • Leading by example to build high-performing teams
  • Ensuring productivity and operational targets are met
  • Maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Daily reporting and record-keeping to support operational oversight

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in one or more of the following:

  • Crushing & Screening

  • Materials Processing & Blending
  • Washing and Classifying
  • Transport & Logistics

  • Construction Materials Sales & Quality Control

  • A genuine willingness to relocate to Tenterfield or Stanthorpe (relocation package provided)

  • Previous experience working in a Quarry environment
  • A Cert IV in Surface Extraction Operations, or a willingness to obtain it
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • A desire to grow your career toward an Operations or Quarry Manager role
