About the Role
As our next PR Account Manager or Senior Account Executive , you'll manage day-to-day client relationships and drive exceptional earned media, influencer, event and activation campaigns. You'll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across departments to deliver bold thinking, high-performance execution and integrated brand moments.
This role reports into a Senior Account Director or Senior Account Manager and plays a key part in growing client success, mentoring junior team members, and shaping the future of the PR team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Lead a portfolio of consumer-facing clients and ensure KPIs and ROI are met
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic lead across campaigns
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, media and suppliers
- Present WIP reports, coverage results and strategic insights with confidence
Media & Influencer Engagement
- Own relationships with priority media and influencer contacts
- Pitch stories, respond to media callouts and drive earned coverage
- Lead and support PR events, media showings and ambassador activity
- Maintain media databases and outreach tracking
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and coverage
- Share results and insights in a way that's both engaging and actionable
Strategic Support
- Help shape campaign and brand strategies across all channels
- Collaborate with our digital, creative and events teams to deliver integrated results
- Drive organic growth by bringing proactive ideas to the table
New Business + Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support new business responses and strategic pitches
What You'll Bring
2-4 years of PR experience, ideally in an agency setting
Strong media and influencer relationships across Australia
Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal
A creative, strategic mindset with strong campaign execution skills
Confident reporting, budgeting and client leadership
A collaborative, team-first approach with leadership capability
