The Junior Project Coordinator will assist in organizing, monitoring, and supporting project activities to ensure successful delivery. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and task tracking


• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes


• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders


• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables


• Assist in identifying risks and supporting issue resolution


• Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up on progress


• Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives


• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline


• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role


• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team
