Rainworth State School P&C Association is seeking a friendly and reliable Tuckshop Assistant Convenor to join our lovely school community until the end of Term 4.
Position Details:
- Employment Type:Term-time employee (during school terms 21 hrs/week)
- Rostered hours: Between 8:30am and 2:30pm, during school terms
- Duration of Contract: Remainder of Term 3, Term 4
- Location: Rainworth State School, Bardon
- Pay: In line with the Parents and Citizens Association Award – State 2016 (Retail Operations Stream)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day tuckshop operations
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Support volunteer engagement and training
- Contribute to menu planning and food preparation
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service management
- Organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to service excellence and OH&S standards
- Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to obtain Criminal History Check
