Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator or a mum yourself, ready to step into a new role—without the burden of endless paperwork? BubbaDesk Neutral Bay is looking for a dedicated and passionate carer to join our team in a truly unique setting.

About Us:

BubbaDesk is a coworking space with nannies onsite, offering a calm, connected environment where parents and children thrive in separate but side-by-side spaces. We focus on building strong relationships and quality care for children aged 0–2 years—free from the traditional demands of programming and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Cert 3 or higher in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

OR 5yr + experience with babies under 2yr. Mum life counts too

Calm, approachable, and relationship-focused

Passionate about infant and toddler care

**No Juniors/Trainees please, we are not a training facility**
