Coastal Concrete & Quarry, a proudly locally owned business under new management, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced operator to join our growing team in Mogo on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating a 28m boom pump across various local job sites. You'll work closely with our crew to ensure safe, accurate and efficient concrete delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily pre-starts
  • Set up and dismantle concrete pump equipment
  • Lay out and secure hoses and clamps as per job requirements
  • Monitor concrete flow and coordinate with site teams
  • Clean and maintain pump and pipeline equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs
  • Identify and report equipment faults
  • Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
  • Assist with other site duties (e.g. agitator operations)
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Mentor and support trainees as needed

About You

We're looking for a dependable operator who takes pride in their work and is ready to be part of a close-knit team.

You'll need:

  • HR Truck Licence (Manual) – essential
  • High Risk Work Licence – Boom Pump – essential
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Sound knowledge of line and boom pump operations
  • To be physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Flexibility to work early starts and occasional weekends
  • Willingness to assist across various tasks and to mentor others
