About the role
As the Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) you will play a big part in providing a pivotal link between our customers and Bega with responsibility for order replenishment, assisting with excellent communication, forecasting, data integrity, managing service levels and assisting with supply chain projects to improve efficiencies.
Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly monitoring & management of stock levels including balancing of stock levels to forward demand – baseline sales, promotional sales, seasonal demand and major events.
You will be working cross functionally and will need to have the ability to influence across the organisation and take full responsibility of your category within Bega and within Woolworths as you will be their first point of contact.
Responsibilities
Managing the replenishment function for Woolworths, including placing orders & monitoring automated orders generated by the system.
Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply to achieve our inventory targets and preventing out of stock (OOS).
Managing exceptional communication of stock issues and any changes within the supply network between both Bega and Woolworths.
Achieve Customer KPI targets by following replenishment guidelines and purchasing policy.
Managing inbound and outbound OBSL (Outbound Service Levels) KPI's.
Key conduit between Customer and Bega to improve collaboration and overall business efficiency.
About you
Minimum of 3 years prior experience in Vendor replenishment and or supply/demand planning role.
Minimum 3 years supply chain experience within an FMCG environment – inventory/order management.
High attention to detail both numerical and written.
Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft excel, building reports, pivot tables, vlookups is essential. Being able to build reports and repair/manipulate.
Exceptional Communication and stakeholder management skills – customer focused.
Intermediate to advanced in analysing and working with data – ideally have exposure to SAP.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks – sense of urgency.
Problem solving/analytical, quickly interprets complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Time management and organisational skills need to be high as this role balances a lot of competing priorities, calendar invites and emails.
