THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our leadership team supporting the General Manager and playing a key role in shaping how we communicate across the business. This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Planning, drafting and delivering internal communications on behalf of the GM to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing briefing materials and documentation for executive meetings and external engagements.
  • Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Supporting projects and initiatives that enhance organisational communication and engagement.
  • Coordinating and managing executive events and forums ensuring seamless executive and positive stakeholder experiences.

  • Substantive experience in a similar role supporting senior levels of management.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience in corporate communications or stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to travel interstate and international.
  • Valid unrestricted Australian working rights
