• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
• A genuine love for great produce and beautifully executed dishes
• Leadership that inspires, supports, and motivates the team
• A collaborative spirit and drive to innovate
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Work side-by-side with our Head Chef to lead kitchen operations
• Contribute to menu development, plating, and flavour innovation
• Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
• Champion food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Assist with ordering, stock control, and cost management
