Join the team at The Boardwalk @ DQ, one of Mandurah's premier waterfront restaurants. We're gearing up for a busy summer season and are on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team.

Our menu is all about vibrant, share-style dining – featuring seafood, premium cuts and creative seasonal specials. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love being part of a tight-knit, growing team, we want to hear from you.

About the Venue

  • Stunning waterfront location at Dolphin Quay

  • Large, well-equipped kitchen
  • Free on-site parking

About You

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a quality venue
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Positive, hands-on, and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and support the team
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Confidence across all kitchen stations
  • Must hold Food Handlers Certificate
