Our menu is all about vibrant, share-style dining – featuring seafood, premium cuts and creative seasonal specials. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love being part of a tight-knit, growing team, we want to hear from you.

About You
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a quality venue
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Positive, hands-on, and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support the team
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Confidence across all kitchen stations
- Must hold Food Handlers Certificate
