Workshop Service Advisor

Join RACQ's Auto Services team at Eagle Farm and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members. As the Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing professional advice and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. You will work closely with our service teams to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, book in services, and provide expert advice
• Be the bridge between our workshop team and our customers
• Prepare accurate quotes & process repair orders
• Keep customers informed and happy at every stage
• Ensure vehicles are ready on time and to the highest standard
   

What You'll Bring

• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Great organisation skills and attention to detail
• Automotive service advising experience (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence with computers & automotive service software
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing & repairs 
• A solutions-focused, positive attitude
