We're looking for an energetic and friendly Barista / All-Rounder to join our team in a modern and hip cafe in the heart of Melbourne CBD If you're passionate about great coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare quality coffee and beverages to a high standard
  • Cheerful, friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
  • Assist with food preparation, table service, and general café duties
  • Experience in both sandwich making and pastry preparation is required
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive café atmosphere

What we're looking for:

Previous café or hospitality experience (barista skills preferred - Min 1 year experience is a MUST)

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Service with a SMILE (MUST)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Independent and able to work well under pressure as well as part of a team

Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts (Sat possibly).
