Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives


• Monitor client performance and provide proactive support to maximize value from products or services


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions


• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities


• Design and implement customer success plans and initiatives


• Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and workshops for clients


• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders


• Ensure adherence to company policies and Australian compliance standards

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights


• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer engagement tools


• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively


• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
