Opportunity to bring your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and Field Services, and your passion for enhancing business processes. Your new role will see you design, develop, customise, and support our organisational Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Services solutions, ensuring they meet our business needs. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our ERP system to optimise business processes and enhance our customer experience.

• To be considered for this integral position, it is essential that you have working knowledge and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Services, Power Platform and ITIL.

Your days will include;

• Design, build and manage the configuration of applications
• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring / complex application issues
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to align with aged care processes and regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and patches, applying them as necessary to maintain system integrity and security
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and development activities
• Develop & maintain documentation & knowledge bases with current & relevant information
• Maintain collaborative relationships with CHL Business Unit stakeholders & Information Services to ensure projects and business as usual operations deliver required outcomes
• Participate in meetings with vendors, software user groups and forums
• Contribute to the continued improvement of systems and their utilisation in CHL
• Ensure the availability & reliability of business applications meets or exceeds the terms of service level agreements

The ideal applicant will have Strong research and problem diagnosis skills in addition to clear and effective communication skills to support partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors, in addition to;

• 5+ years' demonstrated experience in a similar IT Application development role
• Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Services Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong capability and technical knowledge of applications systems
• Experience with integration tools and techniques - Essential
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions
• Strong programming skills in technologies such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• Knowledge of data modelling and database concepts.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies and the complete SDLC
• Knowledge of the Aged Care, Health, or related sector – desirable
• Willingness to obtain Police Check
