We are seeking a Casual IT Assistant to assist our IT department for events and busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Assist with IT Helpdesk support to college staff, including
- Microsoft 365 issues
- Google Drive issues
- Wireless connectivity
- Access to network printers
- Use of laptops and desktop PCs

2. AV support
- to assist in the use and functioning of the AV systems at Morling College

**Key Employes Attributes**

**Essential**

Previous experience as an IT Assistant covering:

- Windows 10 operating systems
- Google Suite administration
- Audio-Visual technology operations

Demonstrated Christian character and active involvement in a local evangelical church

Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission and Christian ethos of Morling College

Agreement with Morling College's Community Code (with any reservations clearly stated and explained at interview)

**Desirable**

Formal IT qualifications

Work experience in an education facility

Ability to initiate and develop strong working relationships with a variety of people - i.e. faculty, administrative staff, students and other stakeholders
