Hey there Wanna join our awesome team at DIG IT CIVIL. 

We're on the hunt for a skilled Plant/Excavator Operator to join us working North Shore, Eastern Suburbs & the Shire.

Here's what we've got for you:

  • Hourly Rate: Full-time rate between $50 to $55 per hour plus super
  • Hours: Minimum 40 hours a week
  • Perks: Travel allowance paid during probation, You'll get a work ute, tools & fuel after probation.
  • Location: You'll be mainly working in the Eastern Suburbs / Northshore / Inner West

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with killer detailed excavation skills and experience using rock saws, hammers, augers, and grabs
  • The ability to wrangle your own demo's, digs and the clients like a pro.
  • Coordinate tasks and materials for your own projects if needed
  • Bonus points if you've got a truck driver's license (MR/HR)
  • Skills in reading site plans, marking out surveys, and setting levels/lasers
  • Sadly, we require 7 years of industry experience, is a must-have
  • Sydney-based residents with great Aussie communication skills
