Atom Resources are currently on the lookout for highly skilled Excavator and Posi Track Operators to join our team on some of Australia's largest and most high-profile transport infrastructure projects. Your role will include:

  • Operating a range of Posi Tracks and Excavators on large-scale civil projects
  • Trenching, backfilling, and preparing work areas to specification
  • Precision works including digging around live services and final trim
  • Assisting with material movements, site clean-up, and general labouring where required
  • Supporting supervisors and crews to deliver safe, efficient outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience operating Excavators and Posi Tracks on large civil projects
  • Proven background in roads, subdivisions, streetscapes, and major infrastructure
  • Valid SOA and VOC for Excavator or Posi Track (multiple plant tickets highly regarded)
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently around live services
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and two contactable references
  • White Card, PPE, and valid driver's licence
