Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Custom Home Builder (Mandurah)

We are a respected custom home building company based in Mandurah, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke projects tailored to our clients' vision. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our team and oversee residential building projects from start to finish.

About the Role:

As Site Supervisor / Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities
  • Managing trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines are met
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, project managers, and the office team
  • Upholding strict safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in residential building
  • A trade qualification and/or relevant building certifications
  • Two storey custom home experience essential
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and OH&S requirements
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
