Oceanic Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our amazing team. Located right over the water in the beautiful Dolphin Quay Complex, OBG offers a vibrant atmosphere, stunning ocean views, and a passionate hospitality crew you'll be proud to lead.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a 5-day roster and two consecutive days off each week. Evening and weekend availability is essential.


What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to lead from the front. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 12 months' experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in a busy tavern or restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage shifts of 15+ staff
  • Strong knowledge of roster and wage cost control
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia
  • A valid Approved Manager's Red Card (unrestricted)
