Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Export Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end shipping operations for clients using our assets and systems.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. You will be working closely with our transport partners, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution.

About the Role

  • Process export sea bookings and register all booking details in our ERP system
  • Lodge EDN, PRA, COO, RFP and arrange origin cartage
  • Lodge FI on carrier portal and arrange billing & process service provider invoices
  • Liaise with overseas agents as required and create & maintain SOPs for client profiles
  • Provide highest level of customer service to clients by being responsive, cooperative, and knowledgeable
  • Demonstrate problem-solving capability and escalate issues with management in timely manner
  • Actively participate in weekly department meetings and follow management directives for task allocation and reporting

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in export operations preferred, sea freight mandatory
  • Experience using freight forwarder software, CargoWise or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of supply chain from an Australian perspective
