Our client is a well-established international freight forwarder located in Tullamarine, and they're currently seeking an experienced Export Sea Freight Officer to join their team.
About the Role:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative export team.
Your week will be full of variety – liaising with clients, shipping lines, and transport providers to coordinate the smooth and timely movement of cargo.
Key Responsibilities: Making bookings with shipping lines Preparing and lodging export documentation Liaising with clients and key logistics partners Raising invoices Using Cargowise for all operational functions This is a full time position, offering a hybrid work model after onboarding.
