Export Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of export orders from inception to delivery at the destination port.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will ensure all orders are handled efficiently and effectively.
- You will build strong relationships with internal and external suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all orders.
- Accurately maintain costing and invoicing for each file.
- Collaborate with the commercial team on client visits to foster strong relationships.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Export Seafreight operations (air also an advantage).
- Previous exposure in a hands-on export role in freight forwarding.
- Experience working closely with key clients.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships.
- Desire to assist and cross-train in imports and cartage operations.
