Export Coordinator Job Description

Job Role:

The role of an Export Coordinator involves supporting commercial and operations activities to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely processing of export-related workflows. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth export process by assisting with paperwork, research, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Prepare and review export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile industry statistics to inform business decisions and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Financial Support: Assist the finance department with collating and filing financial records, as well as performing reconciliations.
  • Communication and Interactions: Effectively interact with various stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Have experience using 3rd party software programs.
