Core Responsibilities & Commercial Accountability

As a Solutions Consultant, you will drive project integrity and functional excellence:

• Requirements Leadership:
  Lead advanced client workshops to elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
  You are the owner of business processes
  , responsible for translating needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Solutions Design:
  Own the functional design within
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/WFM/Field Services)
  , specifically focusing on complex scheduling, rostering, and service delivery workflows to meet client demands.
• Commercial Governance:
  Act as the
  scoping gatekeeper
  . Ensure all project artifacts (SOWs, functional specs) are rigorous and commercially sound, meeting the standards of the Project Intake Gate and the Rohling Project Delivery Framework.
• Data & Integration Strategy:
  Define functional data structures, migration requirements, and quality criteria for successfully integrating client data into the new Dynamics environment (critical for connecting to Finance/Claiming systems).

What You'll Bring: Technical Depth & Critical Domain Expertise

We are seeking a senior professional with a demonstrated commitment to the nuances of the NFP sector.

• Senior Consultancy Tenure:
  Minimum
  10+ years' experience
  as a consultant or technical solutions lead within a professional services environment.
• Sector Specialization:
  A minimum of
  5 years' direct experience
  within the Australian Aged Care and/or Disability NFP sector is mandatory.
• Critical Domain Knowledge:
  Demonstrable knowledge across the full Australian NFP Customer Lifecycle, from Intake and Assessment through Service Delivery, Rostering, Case Management, and Award Interpretation.
• Financial Integrity & Claiming Focus:
  Deep Level Knowledge of Regulatory Revenue Streams.
  Proven, hands-on experience mapping system requirements to capture service events for accurate claiming, preferably under NDIS, ANACC, and Support at Home compliance mandates.
• Operational Process Ownership:
  Expertise in Core Service Delivery Workflows, including owning the functional design for complex Rostering, Service Delivery, and Resource Optimisation within the regulatory framework.

Core Platform Proficiency (The Technical Focus)

• Platform Flexibility:
  Proven experience in complex CRM/ERP implementations on platforms such as
  Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and WFM/Field Services)
  or other core technologies, with a recent transition or focus on the D365 ecosystem.
• Technical/Functional Skills:
  Adept at defining functional ETL requirements and translating functional needs into precise technical user stories for developers.
