About the Role

This is a hybrid role that blends
process analysis, client engagement, AI knowledge, and project delivery
.

As an
AI Solutions Manager
, you'll work across multiple client projects to define, design, and deliver AI-powered solutions — everything from custom agents and dashboards to automation systems and internal tools.

You'll work closely with the CTO, lead junior engineers, and engage with client stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements, then lead execution from idea → prototype → internal rollout.

You'll also help define our internal standards for AI implementation — guiding how MyTechFriend builds, measures, and scales applied AI across clients.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Translate client goals into structured AI use cases and development specs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and rapid prototyping to validate value and feasibility.
• Prioritise projects based on business impact, complexity, and data readiness.

Delivery Leadership

• Manage AI product lifecycles from concept to delivery — including scoping, testing, and internal adoption.
• Coordinate engineers, automation specialists, and client teams to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders.

AI Systems & Automation

• Design and oversee implementation of AI workflows using tools like
  Replit, n8n, Make, Zapier
  , and the
  OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
  .
• Build prompt libraries, internal copilots, and modular templates for reuse across projects.
• Drive consistency and quality across all AI outputs and automations.

Enablement & Insight

• Help clients embed AI into daily operations through training and process design.
• Build simple dashboards or reports to track adoption, ROI, and performance.
• Share insights and best practices across the MTF team and client base.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in
  product management, consulting, or AI project delivery
  .
• Proven track record of turning ideas into shipped systems or scalable workflows.
• Strong understanding of business operations and process optimisation.
• Comfortable with low-code tools and modern AI ecosystems (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Zapier, n8n, Replit etc.).
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate between business and technical teams.
• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong ownership mindset.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience in JS/TS or Python (for automation and prototypes).
• Experience designing AI-powered tools, RAG pipelines, or copilots.
• Background in SaaS, consulting, or early-stage startups.
