Parts Sales Consultant

Reports to: Parts Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Parts Sales Consultant to join our busy Dalby dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about motor vehicles and delivering great service.

No prior experience is necessary – if you're the right person with the right attitude, we'll provide all the training you need. For the right candidate, we are also offering a Parts Apprenticeship – an excellent pathway to a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers (both retail and trade) in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
  • Process orders efficiently via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Liaise with technicians and service staff to ensure timely parts availability
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and provide exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Good computer and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A current driver's licence (manual preferred but not essential)
