This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and driven Parts Interpreter to reach their full potential, we are looking for applicants with experience. (Toyota experience is an advantage), someone with advanced mechanical aptitude & parts knowledge.

Key areas of focus:

  • Maximise part sales internally and externally
  • Building excellent rapport with a varied customer base
  • Source and order parts
  • Interpreting the customer's requirements & providing advice to customers
  • Provide industry leading customer service

Tools of the trade:

  • Electronic catalogue systems
  • Manufacturer technical support
  • Franchise specific B2B trading/ordering/enquiry environment
  • Advanced Dealer Management System

Key attributes:

  • Ability to smash deadlines & targets
  • Happy to work within a policy and procedure based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
