Nowa Power Products in Bundaberg is looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our friendly and knowledgeable team

About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the go-to person for identifying, sourcing, and supplying genuine parts for our valued customers. You'll assist both trade and retail clients, ensuring they get the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and supply parts for a wide range of small engines, mowers, and outdoor power equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the counter, by phone, and via email.
  • Process orders, invoices, and stock transactions accurately.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role (automotive, small engine, or machinery industry essential).
  • Knowledge of small engines, mowers, and outdoor power products.
  • Experience with brands such as Toro and Cub Cadet is a definite advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, Saturday mornings)
