About Us
The Cart Co is a Melbourne-based mobile coffee cart company bringing high-quality service to events, activations, and brand experiences across the city. We're known for blending coffee culture with seamless execution — and we're growing.
We're currently looking for a capable, hands-on Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the daily running of our carts, events, and equipment, while also helping us scale as a business.
About the Role
This is a flexible, operations-focused role for someone who thrives on movement, coordination, and team leadership. You'll manage event logistics, drive our van, handle stock, lead small event teams, and work closely with the founder across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and packing down coffee carts at events
- Driving the company van to and from event locations
- Managing equipment, stock and general warehouse coordination
- Leading a small team on-site and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Working with the founder to improve systems and scale operations
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable with physical work and early starts
Licensed to drive (manual or automatic)
Confident managing time, logistics and small teams
Interested in a long-term opportunity with room to grow
Experience in events, logistics, warehouse coordination, or hospitality is highly regarded.
