Master Scheduler – Construction Management Platform

Seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support the implementation of a new enterprise-wide Construction Management Platform. This role will play a pivotal part in aligning multiple project schedules into a single, cohesive master plan to drive visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across large-scale construction operations.

THE ROLE:

his role will play a pivotal part in aligning multiple project schedules into a single, cohesive master plan to drive visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across large-scale construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the master schedule for a complex construction management program.
  • Consolidate multiple project schedules from various business units into a single integrated platform.
  • Support the selection and implementation of a new enterprise scheduling tool.
  • Work closely with program managers, project teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
  • Provide accurate reporting and updates to support critical decision-making.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience as a
    Master Scheduler
    within large construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to manage complex project dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level system implementation projects will be highly regarded.
