Kitty O'Shea's is a lively Irish pub and bistro in the heart of Surfers Paradise, known for our hearty breakfasts, relaxed atmosphere, and warm Irish hospitality. We're open early every day serving locals, beachgoers, and holidaymakers the best start to their Gold Coast mornings.

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef who takes pride in creating delicious, high-quality meals and can bring energy and consistency to our busy morning service.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast/lunch dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
  • Ensure food presentation and quality are consistent
  • Support menu development and specials with creativity and flair

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a breakfast chef
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Reliability and a positive attitude – early mornings are your thing
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment
  • Ability to work individually

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
