We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team for two brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment complexes located in Castle Hill, Rouse Hill & Thornleigh.

This newly developed site will initially commence services with five participants, progressively increasing to 24/7 supports as new residents move in. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for committed casual staff to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medication administration, manual handling, epilepsy management, and positive behaviour support.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex and high support needs.
  • Committed to working within a dynamic 24/7 Hub Model, with flexibility to adapt across a range of shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Mandatory Licences/Credentials

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or a booking to complete one
  • Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • NSW Working With Children - Employee
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee
  • Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

  • Base hourly rate: $35.15
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
  • Saturday: $49.21
  • Sunday: $63.27
  • Public holiday: $77.33
