**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking care to support a Male with a spinal cord injury. Your support will enable him to live independently within his own home by assisting with his day to day living and goals.
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with bowel care and hoisting
- Use of mobility equipment
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community access (appointments)

**Shift Times**:

- Monday Wednesday Sunday 7am-11am
- Monday to Sunday 2100-0700 sleepover shift

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- Valid First Aid certificate or willing to obtain
- Female workers preferred
- Working with children check(PAID) or willing to obtain
