Position Overview:

We're looking for an exceptional Paid Ads Specialist – someone who doesn't just run campaigns, but consistently delivers outstanding results. You'll manage and optimise paid advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok for a diverse range of clients. Your role is to strategize, execute, and refine campaigns that maximise performance, engagement, and revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the strategy, creation, and management of high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Optimise campaigns to achieve outstanding results, using advanced targeting, testing, and creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with our creative and social media teams to ensure campaigns align with brand voice and content strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results.
  • Deliver results that matter: drive engagement, generate leads, and maximise ROI across all campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are innovative, relevant, and competitive.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of running paid ads that achieve measurable, high-impact results.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns across different industries simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.
  • Ability to communicate strategy and results clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Passion for delivering results that drive business growth and elevate client success.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, and high-revenue campaigns.
  • Ability to advise on creative assets to improve ad performance.
