The role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and are naturally tech-savvy? Crown Lands is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information System Support Officer to join our dynamic team.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Be the go-to expert for users of Crown land applications, offering guidance and resolving queries with confidence and clarity.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on logged issues—then roll up your sleeves and propose smart, practical solutions.
- Investigate and resolve helpdesk matters swiftly and effectively, keeping service standards high and frustrations low.
- Support user acceptance testing, deliver engaging training sessions, and help craft clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Maintain helpdesk logs with precision and keep clients updated on the progress of their issues—because communication is key.
What we're looking for

- Experience with helpdesk systems or application support
