A Day in the Life
As the eCommerce Business Analyst – CDMO – ANZ, you'll report to the Ecommerce Acceleration Director and work within a dynamic team of 5. Collaborating across all divisions, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating e-commerce growth across indirect and D2C channels. You'll champion our Digital Shelf tool, delivering actionable insights and best-in-class reporting to drive business growth and brand leadership.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze brand and consumer data for indirect and D2C channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Reporting & Insights: Design bespoke dashboards, prepare recurring reports, and manage competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Digital Shelf Optimization: Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of the Digital Shelf tool, ensuring best-in-class performance.
- Collaboration: Engage with division leads and cross-functional teams to align data insights with business strategies
