Job Description Responsible for defining and documenting business requirements to support the development of eCommerce features, leading end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting continuous website and system optimisation through issue resolution and performance enhancement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for website and system enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to discover user needs, business objectives, and system capabilities.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to support development and testing.
  • Map and analyse existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimisation.
  • Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure that features meet acceptance criteria and business needs.
  • Own and manage the full user acceptance testing (UAT) process—developing test cases, coordinating execution, capturing feedback, and validating outcomes against requirements.
  • Support prioritisation by assessing business impact, feasibility, and dependencies of new requests.
  • Support ongoing optimisation of digital features and processes by monitoring performance, identifying pain points, and proposing enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support for BAU incidents across ecommerce systems, integrations, and customer facing platforms.
  • Complete documentation, demonstration or workshop as required in transitioning projects into operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in an eCommerce, digital, or retail environment
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, online customer journeys, and eCommerce workflows
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and system documentation
  • Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skill
