Business Analyst
to help us grow smarter, not just bigger.

This role is all about
finding the gaps and spotting the opportunities
. You'll be digging into our numbers, processes, and performance across e-commerce, wholesale, marketing, and supply chain—pinpointing leakages, and where we can move faster and stronger.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Turning data into clear insights that guide decisions.
  • Building financial models, forecasts, and ROI studies that help us back the right moves.
  • Partnering with teams across marketing, product, supply chain, and wholesale to bring analysis into everyday decisions.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements that make us sharper.
  • Helping us price, launch, and track new products with confidence.

Who we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in an analyst role, ideally with exposure to eCommerce and wholesale.
  • A proven operator who's comfortable in the detail but also sees the bigger picture.
  • Strong communicator—able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable stories.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, growth environment and isn't afraid to ask the hard questions.
