Immediate Start

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team on a 3-month contract working closely with the team as we transition over to a new business system. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers with strong administration skills supporting finance functions in a face paced environment.

About the Role

As the Accounts Officer, you will provide essential support to our finance and operations team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in system implementation and improvement
  • Data entry and document management
  • General office and administration support as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administration, with exposure to accounting/finance functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel skills highly regarded)
  • Familiar with accounting software (HR, Pentana, Xero, Lucent similar) – desirable but not essential
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
