We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Logistics team within our Australian operations. Endress+Hauser Australia is made up of 120 dedicated employees across the country, with our national office located in Artarmon, Sydney, and additional offices in other key locations.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll collaborate with customers, logistics teams, and other departments to keep our warehouse operations running seamlessly. Your role will be essential in ensuring efficiency and accuracy, making you a key contributor to our team's success.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Receive goods – verify and process all incoming deliveries

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Liaise with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Operate trolleys and pallet jacks safely.

  • Coordinate DHL shipments.

  • Update shipment spreadsheets as required.

  • Label and organize incoming boxes.

  • Arrange dispatch and coordinate with couriers or freight companies.

  • Assist with stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Ensure the maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in Warehouse operations is preferred but not essential 
  • Forklift License is mandatory
  • Have experience working with dispatching or transportation logistics.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications and SAP (or similar ERP system)
  • Are highly organised with the ability to multi-task and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks to completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are a team player who can collaborate effectively with others across departments.
