The Opportunity

We're seeking two experienced Warehouse Store Operators to join our afternoon shift team (1pm – 9:06pm) on a permanent, full-time basis.

This isn't your typical forklift role. You'll be integral to our production operations, working in a dynamic environment where every day brings variety. From precision high-reach operations in our chilled storage areas to ensuring seamless material flow for our production teams, you'll play a crucial role in getting our products from production to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Do

  • Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts across dry and temperature-controlled warehouse zones
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics – loading/unloading trucks and coordinating distribution
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanning technology
  • Support production teams with timely material supply and finished goods handling
  • Uphold our commitment to safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • High reach forklift experience in warehouse/cold storage environments (minimum 12 months required)
  • Current forklift license with proven operational competency
  • Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in varied temperature environments

  • Safety-conscious with understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Flexible to support operational needs including regularly working 6 days per week
