The Opportunity:

Wyong Hospital is seeking an RMO to join Geriatrics Team 4, providing inpatient care and support to senior patients. This placement offers consistent locum work across several months, ideal for RMOs seeking sub-acute medicine experience, exposure to multidisciplinary care, and stable locum income.

Clinical Environment:

  • Sub-acute exposure - manage complex geriatric patients within a structured team
  • Team-based learning - work with consultants, registrars, nursing and allied health staff
  • Valuable experience - broaden skills in internal medicine and multidisciplinary care
  • Supportive environment - strong consultant oversight and collaborative geriatrics team
  • Accommodation included - stress-free locum placement with housing provided

Roster & Dates:

  • Dates: 17 November February 2026
  • No public holidays unless willing to cover
  • Rate: $100/hour

Eligibility Criteria:

  • AHPRA General Registration
  • NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to complete local credentialing and onboarding
