Team Global Express is seeking a proactive and experienced Assurance & Standards Manager to lead our subcontractor compliance and risk assurance program.

In this key leadership role, you'll:

  • Oversee and continuously improve our Delivery Partner Compliance Assurance Program

  • Lead a team of auditors and manage risk through audits, investigations, and partner engagement

  • Ensure compliance with WHS, CoR, and industrial instruments

  • Advocate for fair, lawful treatment of subcontracted partners during reviews and investigations

  • Partner with Legal, ER/IR, Safety and Union reps to resolve issues transparently

We're looking for someone with:

  • 7+ years in compliance, risk or audit (preferably in transport/logistics)

  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations, including Awards & EAs

  • Investigative experience involving IR and safety matters

  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
