**About the role**

We have an exciting full-time career opportunity based in our Armadale Head Office, for an organised and experienced Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant is tasked with the role of assisting and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Director.

Key responsibilities include meeting organisation and preparation, correspondence management, general administration, bookkeeping, diary, and appointment planning.

**About You**

This role will suit a well-presented and articulate Personal Assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a well-rounded professional with excellent administrative skills and good accounting and IT acumen.

You will use initiative and intellect to prioritize sometimes competing responsibilities in a confidential environment whilst remaining calm in sensitive situations.
- Executive experience gained working in a large organisation.
- A qualification in Business Administration or similar (desired).
- Knowledge of accounting packages - MYOB, Xero, Concur, Sage EM (desired).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Word.
- Basic Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.
- Diplomatic and discrete, understanding the importance of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
