This isn't just about compliance it's about influence. You'll partner with leaders, contract owners and suppliers to ensure the City's contracts are watertight, fair, and delivering results for the community.

  • 12% superannuation (with matching contributions available).
  • Flexible working arrangements to balance life and career.
  • Health and wellbeing programs, including free membership to the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre.
  • Professional development opportunities, with access to training, coaching and career pathways.
  • Stability and security of local government employment, with pay rises locked in under our new Industrial Agreement through 2026.
  • A vibrant, growing community where your work has a visible impact every day.
About you

You bring strong experience in contract management within a regulated environment (government, utilities, infrastructure, or similar). You're confident navigating complex contracts, managing risks and disputes, and you can translate technical detail into clear advice for leaders. Membership of CIPS or equivalent is desirable — but what matters most is your expertise, judgement, and ability to build trust.
