About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team at Bill Williams Mechanical Repairs in Eltham, Victoria. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of vehicles to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Test driving vehicles to ensure all repairs have been completed to a high standard
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating with clients
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a relevant trade
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
